This practical, in-person workshop, led by the team from RMCG, is for farmers and the people who support farmer groups, where you’ll pick up practical tools and ideas you can take straight back to your group.
Join facilitators experienced in bringing people together at every scale - from major events like Agfest, through to small group meetings, technical tours, and simple network gatherings. Hear what has worked and what happens when things don't go according to plan!
Come along to pick up practical ideas, listen to the experience of others, and think about how your group can stay relevant, useful and moving forward.
